This Sales Support and Customer Service Representative opportunity is now available in Ballarat. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and providing administrative support to our sales team.
Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced and motivated individual to join our team as a Sales Support and Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for managing customer accounts, handling day-to-day customer interactions, and providing administrative support to our sales team. You will also be required to perform electronic banking and manage cash transactions.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing customer accounts and invoicing, including occasional cash sales
- Serving as the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries via phone, email, and face-to-face
- Supporting sales and accounts receivable administration
- Performing electronic banking and managing cash transactions
You will work closely with our sales team to ensure seamless communication and coordination of customer interactions. If you have experience working with MYOB and possess strong organizational skills, we encourage you to apply.
Required Skills and QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you will need:
- Experience with MYOB or similar accounting software
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and other relevant technology
- Strong organizational skills, able to manage your time effectively and prioritize tasks
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers and build relationships
