Operations Manager - Training Services

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead the development of our brand new division in Training Services.

This is a unique opportunity for a talented professional to take charge and establish our new division as a leading service provider in the industry.

  1. Establish, build and develop policies, procedures and practices that align with industry standards;
  2. Develop and improve training resources and materials to meet client needs;
  3. Support the Associate Director with general leadership and management of the organization;
  4. Establish relationships with peak bodies and employers to grow smart and skilled delivery;
  5. Recruit, manage, mentor and inspire a high-performing team;
  6. Manage the organization to meet ASQA regulations and guidelines.

To be considered for this role, you will ideally have:

  • A strong background in managing Training and Compliance staff, and high-level knowledge of training and assessment strategies and ASQA compliance;
  • At least 3 years' experience in a Senior RTO Management role;
  • RTO Certification or Training Certification;
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills;
  • Business or commercial acumen.
