Nurse - Providing Compassionate Care

Our goal is to ensure support is always available when it is needed most, with visits scheduled throughout the day, including early morning, afternoon, evening, or overnight.
About the RoleAs a member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care following client care plans developed by experienced professionals.
Key Responsibilities- Meet safety needs of clients and use equipment safely and properly
- Complete accurate and thorough records and documentation
- Conduct regular nursing assessments
We are seeking candidates with community nursing experience, preferably subacute and disability experience. You must be able to identify and report client care concerns to senior management and have the ability to redirect or deescalate behaviours.
The ideal candidate will also possess experience with diabetes management and dementia care.
