About the Role

The role of Web Specialist involves managing and maintaining the online presence of an organisation's websites, ensuring that content is up-to-date, user-friendly and consistent with brand guidelines.

This position requires collaboration with internal teams to develop, design and implement new web pages and structures as necessary.

Responsibilities include developing and supporting content creation and review, ensuring websites align with strategic goals and enhance user engagement.

Staying current in industry trends, website structure, content and design strategy, emerging technologies and digital marketing best practices is also crucial for this role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage multiple websites ensuring content is up-to-date, user-friendly and consistent with brand guidelines.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop, design and implement new web pages and structures as necessary.
  • Develop and support content creation and review, ensuring websites align with strategic goals and enhance user engagement.
  • Stay current in industry, website structure, content and design strategy, emerging technologies and digital marketing best practices.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Web Design, Digital Marketing or a related field or equivalent experience.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a website management or digital content role.
  • Proficiency in CMS platforms preferably Sitecore XP or similar, and an understanding of HTML/CSS basics.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO principles and web analytics tools.
  • Experience with design tools such as Adobe XD, Figma, Canva to create web assets and wireframes.
