About the Opportunity
This role involves providing clinical leadership, sharing knowledge to support therapists, and working together with colleagues to achieve team goals. You will be responsible for ensuring that our allied health services are delivered to the highest standard, while also promoting a positive and supportive work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide clinical leadership and direction to the allied health team
- Develop and implement strategies to improve service delivery and outcomes
- Work collaboratively with other departments to achieve organisational goals
- Manage and develop staff, including performance management and coaching
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to hold a tertiary qualified degree in Occupational Therapy, Speech Pathology or Physiotherapy, and be registered with governing bodies (AHPRA, SPA). You should also have strong communication skills, demonstrated experience in leading clinical teams, and ability to influence, lead, mentor and develop teams of people.
