About the Role

As a Clinical Team Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing and developing a team of Cardiac Physiologists and Sonographers across both on-site and remote operations.

You will work closely with clinical, operational, and leadership stakeholders to drive day-to-day team performance, scheduling, and resource planning. This includes building a collaborative and motivated team culture, providing coaching and mentoring opportunities, managing escalations, and ensuring client satisfaction.

This key role within our management team offers the chance to shape the success of our growing clinical operation.


Your Key Responsibilities
  • Drive day-to-day team performance, scheduling, and resource planning

  • Provide coaching and mentoring opportunities

  • Support the design and delivery of training programs for clinical staff

The Ideal Candidate

You're an experienced people leader, confident in guiding high-performing professionals. You're energized by coaching and supporting others to grow and thrive in a dynamic clinical setting.

You bring:

  • A proven track record in leading and coaching experienced staff, ideally within a healthcare or technical setting
  • A passion for developing individuals and strengthening team performance
  • Experience driving performance conversations, giving feedback, and creating growth plans
  • Strong communication and emotional intelligence skills
  • A relevant degree in Science or Health (beneficial but not essential)
