We are seeking a dedicated and motivated individual to join our team as a Loss Prevention Officer. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to start their career in the loss prevention field and make a real difference in promoting safety and security across our stores.

About the Role

This role will involve monitoring and implementing risk management policies, incident reporting, and store safety management. You will also be responsible for contractor compliance, relationship building with centre management, local police, and other retailers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate records of incidents and near misses
  • Conduct regular audits to identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including centre management and local police
  • Collaborate with colleagues to identify and resolve issues
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong understanding of risk management principles and practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
