Our primary objective is to safeguard assets and prevent financial losses due to theft and fraud. This involves maintaining safety and environmental program compliance in assigned retail stores.
Main Responsibilities- We utilize specialized tools to minimize loss, including identifying incidents of theft and fraud, reviewing CCTV footage and exception reports, monitoring physical security systems, auditing Electronic Article Surveillance, and driving a culture of shrink reduction.
- Accurate and detailed case reports are prepared documenting apprehensions and recoveries, evidence is preserved, interactions with law enforcement occur, and testimony is provided in criminal and civil court actions as required.
- Hazardous or unsafe conditions are reported to the Manager on Duty, and responsibilities are carried out in a manner that minimizes the risk of injury to associates, vendors, customers, and the organization.
- In all instances, integrity is demonstrated, and asset protection and operational concerns of all associates are addressed.
- Incidents of theft and fraud are identified, and CCTV footage and exception reports are reviewed to minimize loss.
- The store's physical security is monitored, and Electronic Article Surveillance (EAS) audits are conducted.
- A culture of shrink reduction is driven within the store.
- Accurate and detailed case reports are prepared documenting apprehensions and recoveries; evidence is preserved.
