Auto Finance Specialist

In this role, you will be responsible for helping customers find the right finance solutions to purchase a vehicle. This involves working closely with lenders and customers to assess their needs, creditworthiness, and affordability.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers in navigating finance options at checkout
  • Screen and assess customers' needs, creditworthiness, and affordability
  • Act as a liaison between lenders and customers, managing approvals and declines
  • Offer additional products such as extended warranties and vehicle protection

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Finance Consultant, Broker, or Business Manager
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications (e.g., Cert IV in mortgage and finance broking)
  • Experience with credit assessment, affordability checks, and lender communication
  • Proven customer service skills in both inbound and outbound environments
