Job Title: Sports Coach

As a Sports Coach, you will be responsible for fostering a love of sports in students and guiding them towards achieving their full potential.

We believe that every child deserves the opportunity to develop their sporting skills and talents, regardless of their background or ability.

The ideal candidate will have a keen interest and passion for sport and coaching, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

About the Role:
  • Develop and implement sports programs for students, focusing on skill-building, teamwork, and good sportsmanship.
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to students, helping them to set and achieve sporting goals.
  • Collaborate with teachers and other coaches to ensure a cohesive and supportive sporting environment.
  • Monitor student progress and provide regular feedback and support.
  • Organize and coordinate interschool sports events and competitions.
Desirable but Non-Essential Criteria:
  • Coaching qualifications, such as certification from a recognized sports organization.
  • First Aid Certificate, demonstrating your commitment to student safety and well-being.
  • Availability on Thursdays and Fridays for Gala days, showcasing your flexibility and team spirit.

The successful applicant will need to hold and maintain a valid NSW Working With Children Check in accordance with the Child Protection (Working with Children) Act 2012 (NSW).
