Job Description

As a Second in Charge, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional experience for children in our care.

Our ideal candidate is passionate about kids, has a positive attitude, and loves to have fun. They are a strong team player who enjoys leading a team to success and is keen to learn and develop their skills in the industry.

You will be responsible for assisting with the creation and implementation of enriching experiences based on the preferences of the children in your program. This will include programming, supporting program compliance, building strong relationships with the school and wider community, and playing with primary school-aged children.

The role attracts a split shift allowance of $17.97 per day in addition to your hourly rate. Longer hours are available during School Holiday programs.
