We are seeking a passionate and experienced Section Waiter to join our team at Rockpool Bar & Grill Sydney.

About Us

Hunter Street Hospitality is a leading hospitality group in Australia, dedicated to providing exceptional dining experiences. Our restaurant offers fine dining with an elegant atmosphere, making it the perfect place for you to build your career.

Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus generous tips and discounts on food and beverages. Additionally, we provide comprehensive training and development opportunities, including leadership and customer service skills.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' experience in a fine dining a la carte restaurant, with a strong knowledge of sequence of service. You will be passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, have high attention to detail, and be punctual and reliable. We require candidates who can work as part of an energetic team, demonstrate high presentation and grooming standards, and display an engaging personality.

Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a fine dining a la carte restaurant
  • Articulated knowledge of sequence of service
  • Possession of a current NSW RSA Certificate

Rockpool Bar & Grill Sydney is located in the heart of the city, offering easy access to public transportation. The restaurant is open from Tuesday to Saturday, serving lunch and dinner services.
