Job Overview:

This is an exciting opportunity for a leader to oversee operational performance, support day-to-day activities and maintain high standards of customer service.

About the Role:

  • As a key member of the airport leadership team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring safe, compliant, and efficient delivery of scheduled operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Proactively identify and manage operational issues to mitigate any impacts to customers and operations.
  2. Coordinate aircraft movements with various stakeholders.
  3. Operational oversight of ground service providers.
  4. Develop and implement projects related to aircraft turnaround services to drive improvement initiatives.
  5. Support management of domestic and international operational performance.
  6. Lead a skilled and enthusiastic workforce in line with business volume and targets.
  7. Continuously develop and on-shift performance management of relevant team members.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong frontline experience with a well-developed knowledge of airport operations.
  • Exposure to front-line team management and customer service orientation.
  • Strong coordination background and experience in managing conflicting priorities.
  • Ability to manage prioritized tasks while maintaining a strong service culture.
  • Proven influencing skills in driving customer service and operational initiatives.
