Warehouse Operations Manager Opportunity

The Warehouse Team is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven person to join them in delivering exceptional customer service. This role involves managing the dispatching and receiving of orders, coaching staff, and liaising with customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Effective operation of the warehouse, including loading of trucks
  • Coaching and rostering staff to ensure efficient workflow
  • Leading an enthusiastic team and motivating staff to achieve targets

Additionally, this role requires excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, as well as the ability to effectively operate a warehouse and prioritize workload. The ideal candidate will have experience in warehouse management and be able to adapt to changing situations.

Requirements:
  1. Highly organized and possessing great time management skills
  2. Experience in warehouse management
  3. Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written
  4. Ability to effectively operate a warehouse
  5. Current Forklift, Drivers, and Pickers Licence (preferred)
