A leading real estate agency is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Property Management Administrator to join their dynamic team.
This role is ideal for someone with strong administration skills looking to transition into the property management industry or for those with experience in real estate support wanting to take their career to the next level.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Managing rental listings across multiple platforms and creating engaging marketing copy
- Liaising with owners and tenants to schedule viewings and inspections
- Performing data entry tasks for the property management team
- Handling basic trust account transactions and creditor payments
- Assisting with incoming tenant inquiries and managing payment of bills
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, have a strong desire to work in the property management industry, and preferably hold a current Certificate of Registration or be willing to obtain one.
