The CSR Group Property team are responsible for providing advice on the strategic direction of all freehold and leasehold property assets. This includes a leasehold portfolio of 120 properties and significant freehold sites throughout Australia and New Zealand, including development sites, manufacturing facilities, trade centres, distribution warehouses and storage facilities.

**About the role**:
The Property Manager is a full time, permanent position, based at our North Ryde Office. Reporting to the Senior Property Manager this role is responsible for supporting the day to day property management of the portfolio and the functioning of the property team.

**Key Accountabilities**:

- Proactively manage CSR's commercial property database and actively assist in the development and implementation of improved systems and processes.
- Oversee the administration functions that support the 120 leased properties and significant freehold portfolio across Australia and New Zealand, with rent and outgoings payable in excess of $50 million per annum.
- Lease administration and arrears management.
- Develop and manage CSR's property records and legal documentation.
- Assist the business units with financial reporting requirements for the lease portfolio.
- Manage ad hoc outgoings payments via the business units and work with accounts payable to ensure all payments are made correctly in accordance with lease obligations.
- Provide ongoing assistance to the property team as required.
- Manage the communication between CSR and landlords on a day to day basis.

**About You**:

- Ideally you will have a growth mindset that is focused on learning new skills that will help you grow your career in the property industry with CSR.
- 5+ years' experience in a similar role is desirable, but not essential.
- Good Microsoft skills are a prerequisite and SAP experience would be beneficial.
- Business related degree desirable.
- Proven strong internal and external stakeholder management.
- Strong negotiation skills and contract management.
- Effective written and oral communication skills.
- High attention to detail and organisation skills.
- A friendly and positive disposition, which will combine with an ability to work as part of a close knit, high performing team.
