The OpportunityWe have multiple exciting opportunities to join our Harvest Road Oceans Farming Team based on the pristine shorefront of Albany's Emu Point.
Key Responsibilities- Operating farm vessels, vehicles, tractors, forklifts, and trucks
- Supporting compliance management, including water sampling, environmental monitoring, and HSE compliance
- Loading, unloading, moving, packing, and constructing shellfish farming infrastructure
- Operating mechanical equipment, such as grading machines, and preparing product for market/transport
- Class C Driver's license
- Progressive and positive attitude
- Demonstrated commitment to safe working practices
- Motivation and a strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently and as part of a close-knit team
- Willingness to fill in across all operational requirements
- Pass a National Police Clearance and pre-employment medical assessment
- Possess sufficient fitness level to carry out required tasks
