About the Role:
This is a key position within Nutrien Ag Solutions' Sustainability team, responsible for implementing the commercial sustainability strategy across Western Australia and the Northern Territory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver sustainability education and support to customers and internal stakeholders
- Lead customer engagement on sustainability initiatives in WA and NT
- Provide support to customers and network staff to deliver sustainability services, including farm emissions profiling
- Identify and promote sustainable product solutions
- Assist in designing, planning, and implementing sustainability-focused programs
- Develop sustainability-focused materials for dissemination across the retail network
- Represent Nutrien Ag Solutions at industry events and within industry associations
- Support the company's commercial sustainability strategy
About You:
To be successful in this role, you will have a strong understanding of agricultural production systems in Western Australia and a proven ability to collaborate effectively between different areas of a business.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in agriculture, sustainability, or a related field
- Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to travel and work effectively in a team environment
