The Opportunity:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our Farming Team at our Emu Point facility. As a Farm Hand, you will be responsible for operating farm vessels, vehicles, and equipment, as well as supporting compliance management and environmental monitoring.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate farm vessels, vehicles, tractors, forklifts, and trucks
  • Support compliance management, including water sampling and environmental monitoring
  • Load, unload, move, and pack shellfish farming infrastructure
  • Operate mechanical equipment, such as grading machines
  • Prepare product for market and transport

Requirements:

  • Class C Driver's license
  • Progressive and positive attitude
  • Demonstrated commitment to safe working practices
  • Motivation and a strong work ethic
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Willingness to fill in across all operational requirements
  • Pass a National Police Clearance and pre-employment medical assessment
  • Possess sufficient fitness level to carry out required tasks
