As a Graduate Accountant, you will gain hands-on experience in accounting and finance within a dynamic FinTech environment.

Key Responsibilities

These include:

  • Assisting with month-end processes, periodic reconciliations, and management of bank accounts and cash flows.
  • Providing tax research, planning, and internal advisory services including GST, R&D, FBT, and income tax.
  • Supporting year-end processes, preparation of statutory accounts in accordance with Australian accounting standards, and audit queries.
  • Contributing to budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and ad hoc financial analysis.
  • Supporting investor relations activities.
  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of finance processes and procedures to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
  • Reporting to the Head of Finance & Corporate Development and collaborating across finance and broader business areas.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A recent graduate (within the last year) degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or Economics.
  • Australian citizenship or permanent residency.
  • Intellectual curiosity, ambition, and a growth mindset.
  • The ability to use numbers and data-driven analysis to tell a story.
