Job Title:

Strategic Human Resources Partner

This is a key role in the organization where you will be working closely with senior leaders to drive business objectives. You will have a significant impact on the organization's success and will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans to achieve business goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Employee Lifecycle Management: You will work closely with department heads to develop and implement strategies to support employee growth and development, including coaching, training, and performance management.
  • Workforce Planning: You will be responsible for developing and implementing workforce planning strategies to align with business objectives, including talent acquisition, retention, and succession planning.
  • Culture Development: You will partner with the Head of HR to create and promote a high-performance culture through initiatives such as talent development, performance management, and recognition programs.
  • ER/IR Matters: You will provide guidance and support on employment-related issues, including compliance and legislation, policy development, and company values.

Requirements:

  • Agile Environment Experience: You must have experience working in an agile environment, with strong commercial acumen and a delivery-focused approach.
  • HRIS Systems: You should be proficient in HRIS platforms, ideally Workday, with experience using systems to streamline processes and support data-driven decisions.
  • Strengths-Based Frameworks: Familiarity with strengths-based frameworks is essential for this role.
  • Employment Legislation: In-depth knowledge of employment legislation, policy development, and employee relations best practice is required.
