Pilbara Shutdown Operations Specialist

We are seeking a Shutdown Controller to join our team in the Pilbara region.
About the Role- The successful applicant will possess excellent safety leadership skills, have a process-driven approach, and be able to work autonomously and meet deadlines.
- The role involves ensuring compliance with shutdown management standards, delivering schedules, and governing hours for shutdown lines of responsibility.
- Ensure shutdown duration accuracy within budget constraints.
- Deliver close-out reports and gather feedback from site and operations teams.
- Liaise with contractors for activities such as mobilisation, task execution, close-out, and demobilisation.
- Manage schedule updates during execution to reflect performance against plan.
- You will be responsible for analysing work management performance against key performance indicators (KPIs), identifying improvement initiatives, managing schedules based on priorities, and liaising with operations and maintenance teams.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills are essential for this role.
- Excellent safety leadership skills and a history of field leadership participation are required.
- Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Process driven with a focus on meeting deadlines.
