About the Role

You will assist in the growth and development of our hardware portfolio, working closely with various teams including marketing, research, procurement, system management, vendor management, and training departments.

  • Marketing: Create promotional materials for new product releases, collaborating with our marketing team to ensure customer and staff engagement.
  • Research and Development: Assist in incorporating suitable hardware into technical manuals and software updates, as well as coordinating testing of hardware in Alspec Window & Door systems.
  • Procurement: Work with our purchasing team to place orders for new hardware components from local and overseas suppliers.
  • System Management: Review and update hardware item descriptions to provide consistency and clarity.
  • Vendor Management: Maintain effective communication and feedback with vendors.
  • Training: Develop hardware-specific training content, collaborating with our Training department.
  • Reporting: Provide regular updates to the National Hardware Manager on key issues and project progress.

We are looking for individuals with exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, strong attention to detail, ability to build strong working relationships, demonstrated presentation and listening skills, and problem-solving abilities. A pre-employment medical and contactable work references are also required.
