Leadership Position in Asset Management

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Assets and Infrastructure division.

This role offers the opportunity to take charge of asset management systems and processes, providing leadership across a portfolio of retirement living and aged care villages.

  • Provide strategic direction to the Asset Management Team
  • Ensure reliable and effective asset management and maintenance across the portfolio
  • Develop and implement comprehensive asset management planning, including whole life cycle, replacement programs, and routine and reactive maintenance
  • All maintenance programs must meet compliance guidelines
  • Manage contractors across the portfolio for planned and reactive maintenance
  • Oversee team performance and ensure alignment with organisational goals
  • Ensure safe working environments for staff, contractors, and residents

Requirements:

  • 7-10 years' experience in property and maintenance
  • Tertiary qualifications in asset management, construction, or building maintenance
  • Demonstrated leadership and management skills, with experience motivating large teams
  • Collaborative experience with multi-disciplinary teams to achieve project objectives
  • Critical analysis, problem-solving, planning, and decision-making skills
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Strong time management skills and ability to prioritise complex tasks
