Job Title: Line Operations Team Lead
About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled individual to join our line operations team as a Team Lead. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation and maintenance of overhead powerlines throughout Victoria.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of line workers in the installation and maintenance of overhead powerlines.
  • Ensure all work is completed safely and efficiently, adhering to industry standards and company policies.
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure smooth project execution and delivery.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in the electrical or utilities industry.
  • Relevant qualifications, such as a Certificate III in ESI - Power Systems - Distribution Overhead (UET30619) or equivalent.
  • Highly developed leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
