Facilities Management Role

We are seeking a skilled Facilities Manager to oversee maintenance, safety, and building operations across multiple sites.

  • Provide leadership to a team of staff in multiple locations.
  • Support Supervisors with coaching, mentoring, and problem-solving.
  • Manage day-to-day operations, including planned and corrective maintenance.
  • Oversee health and safety procedures and identify potential risks.

Maintenance, Custodial, Administration, and Service Delivery:

  • Ensure high standards of cleanliness and safety at all sites.
  • Train custodial staff on various facets, including chemical use and safety.
  • Oversee suite turnovers and inventory levels of cleaning supplies.
  • Collaborate with teams to develop operational plans and manage budgets.

Preventative Maintenance:

  • Conduct site and system inspections and schedule maintenance as needed.
  • Support the completion of a maintenance schedule and track progress.

Corrective Maintenance:

  • Monitor service requests and oversee suite turnovers.
  • Provide on-call coverage for after-hours emergencies.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Degree or Diploma in Facilities Management or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a related management role.
  • Excellent understanding of general property management.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft products/software.
