About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Cocktail Bartender to join our team at Hawker Hall, a vibrant food and beer hall inspired by the hawker centres of Singapore & Malaysia.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional service to guests, ensuring a memorable experience.
  • Prepare and serve a wide range of cocktails and beverages with precision and attention to detail.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to maintain a high-volume service environment.
  • Adhere to Lucas Restaurants' standards of quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Cocktail Bartender in a high-volume venue.
  • Knowledge of cocktails and beverage production.
  • Demonstrated ability to exceed guest expectations.
  • Adaptability, time management, and attention to detail.
  • Strong work ethic and a 'can-do' attitude.
  • Immaculate presentation and exceptional communication skills.
  • Able to work a rotating roster, including weekends, public holidays, and varying shifts.
  • Valid RSA Certificate.
