About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Cocktail Bartender to join our team at Lucas Restaurants in Melbourne. As a Bartender at our iconic venue, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and serve cocktails and other beverages to a high standard
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive experience for all guests
  • Work effectively as part of a team to maintain a clean and safe working environment
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience as a Bartender in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
  • Must have cocktail and spirit knowledge
  • Wine knowledge advantageous
  • Drive for beverage service
  • Passion for delivering outstanding service
  • Strong work ethic and a "can do" attitude
  • Outgoing personality
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Exceptional presentation
  • Must be able and willing to work weekends, public holidays, and late nights
  • Must have RSA certificate
