About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Cocktail Bartender to join our team at Lucas Restaurants. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service and creating memorable experiences for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and serve cocktails and beverages to a high standard
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure a welcoming atmosphere
  • Work collaboratively with the team to maintain a clean and organized bar area
  • Adhere to health and safety guidelines and maintain a safe working environment

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience as a Cocktail Bartender in a restaurant or bar environment
  • Knowledge of cocktails and beverage production
  • Demonstrated experience in exceeding guest expectations
  • Adaptable and able to multi-task
  • Time management skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Strong work ethic and a "can do" attitude
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Able and willing to work a rotating roster including weekends, public holidays, opening and closing shifts
  • Victorian RSA Certificate
