Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Customer Success Manager to join our Defence and Intelligence team. The successful candidate will be focused on building strong relationships with customers and driving business growth within our defence portfolio.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to understand customer needs and develop tailored solutions to meet their objectives.
To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate a proven track record of sales success, as well as the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional results.
About the Role
- Lead the development and execution of strategic plans to drive business growth and customer satisfaction
- BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH CUSTOMERS THROUGH EFFECTIVE COMMUNICATION AND COLLABORATION
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement and implement process changes that drive efficiency and effectiveness
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success and inform future strategy

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and inform decision-making
