- Collaborate with healthcare providers and consumer groups to develop and implement effective nursing standards.
- Contribute to quality healthcare by evaluating the outcomes of clinical practice and developing strategies for improvement.
- Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure responsive and high-quality care, leveraging critical thinking and advanced communication skills.
- Current Authority to Practice as a Registered Nurse with relevant Australian regulatory bodies.
- At least 5 years full-time equivalent post-registration experience, with at least 3 years full-time experience in the specialty field and approved postgraduate nursing qualifications.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate and engage with patients, carers, and healthcare teams to identify and meet care needs.
- Current influenza vaccination is mandatory.
- Australian citizenship or permanent residency is required for appointment.
