You will have the chance to showcase your skills in our à la carte, hot and cold larder sections, prepare and plate up delicious meals for buffets, functions, and special guest requests, and follow HACCP and workplace procedures to keep standards high and guests happy.

What we're looking for:

  • Strong communication and teamwork – you'll thrive in a busy, fun environment
  • Previous experience as a Cook or Kitchen Hand, or completion of a pre-vocational culinary course
  • Knowledge of kitchen operations, safety, and procedures
