This is an exceptional opportunity to lead and oversee the strategic management of service providers, promoting positive outcomes for participants in the National Injury Insurance Scheme (NIISQ).

About You

  • A strong commitment to shared values and a proven track record of success in managing partnerships with service providers.
  • Expert knowledge and understanding of service provider partnership and monitoring principles and processes relevant to the NIISQ.
  • Proven expertise in leading service providers in accordance with the Queensland Government and NIISQ frameworks, policies, procedures, and legislation.
  • Excellent communication and advisory skills, with experience in negotiating and influencing service provider outcomes with internal and external stakeholders.
  • High-level project management and organisational skills, with the ability to lead within a dynamic environment.
  • Well-developed skills in investigating and dealing with complex issues, and facilitating effective solutions.
  • Ability to strategically monitor service providers and sector, including data analysis and trend identification.

Your Responsibilities

  • Support the Manager Service Delivery Partnerships in establishing and implementing relevant frameworks related to provider partnerships.
  • Deliver projects and activities to enable a strong partnership approach with external service providers.
  • Provide high-level advice to internal and external stakeholders on all aspects of service partnerships.
  • Manage operational and day-to-day issues relating to service delivery, working collaboratively with key stakeholders.
  • Lead and supervise the monitoring and review of providers in accordance with NIISQ legislation and agency policies.
  • Collect and analyse data to support Executive Reporting requirements.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of providers to ensure quality matches between participants and providers.
  • Investigate and resolve complaints relating to service provision, in accordance with relevant policies and procedures.
  • Contribute to the development of policy, procedures, and templates.
