Job Title

A part-time Care Administration Officer role where you will be responsible for managing purchase orders, contracts, and invoicing for Approved Service Providers.

You will also provide timely client administration support, assist Care Managers with tasks such as diary management, filing, and care consultation packs.

Additionally, you will coordinate client consumables, monitor updates in care management systems, and deliver exceptional customer service to clients, families, and stakeholders.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage purchase orders, contracts, and invoicing for Approved Service Providers
  • Provide timely client administration support
