Job Title: Pattern Maker Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Pattern Maker to join our team, focusing on creating precise and accurate garment patterns for upcoming seasonal design collection pieces.

This is an opportunity to work with a small label that values empowering and amazing clients through beautiful, meaningful fashion.

The successful candidate will have experience in pattern making, garment construction, and fabric types. They will also possess strong communication skills and a passion for their work.

 

Key Responsibilities
  • Working piece by piece on select items, both Australian and international
  • Ensuring garment pattern shape making meets exacting standards
  • Interpreting drawings with some or no measurement guidelines
  • Grading patterns by three sizes only
  • Developing work from realization to national production
