Aircraft Maintenance Leadership Role

This challenging aircraft maintenance leadership position involves overseeing and coordinating the technical aspects of maintenance requirements, defect rectifications, deferred defects, and AOG support. Your goal will be to optimize efficiency and maximize aircraft serviceability.

  • Coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure alignment between maintenance activities and flight schedules.
  • Ensure compliance with aviation regulations by handling CASA applications and providing guidance on non-standard repairs or modifications.
  • Monitor parts supply chain management, maintain safety standards, and provide technical support to aircrew.

Key Requirements:

  • Aircraft Maintenance Engineer (B1 or B2)
  • Proven experience working on turboprop or jet aircraft types
  • Demonstrated supervisory experience, with a strong focus on optimizing maintenance processes for maximum aircraft availability
  • Holder of EASA license
