Agricultural Machinery Technician Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Technician to join our team in providing exceptional service and technical support for agricultural machinery.

About the Role

This is a full-time opportunity that requires strong diagnostic, repair, and mechanical skills. The successful candidate will have experience working with agricultural equipment brands such as John Deere, Case IH, or New Holland.

  • Key responsibilities include maintaining, repairing, and performing daily maintenance of agricultural machinery including tractors and harvesters;
  • Providing technical support to customers and agents, collaborating closely with the product line for proactive rectifications;
  • Troubleshooting and diagnosing equipment faults, conducting regular inspections and preventative maintenance for newly arrived and in-service machinery;
  • Visiting customer sites to perform maintenance and provide ongoing service and support, ensuring timely availability and ordering of parts to support accessory sales goals and customer satisfaction.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, applicants must possess:

  • Experience in agricultural machinery service, preferably with John Deere, Case IH, New Holland, or similar brands;
  • Strong diagnostic, repair, and mechanical skills, with a good understanding of agricultural equipment systems and components;
  • Familiarity with customer service and technical support environments, with a commitment to safety, quality standards, and professional service delivery.
