Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Machine Operator to join our team.

This is a challenging role that requires the ability to operate state-of-the-art chocolate moulding lines, including enrobing, depositing, mixing fillings, and tempering chocolate. As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for end-to-end machine operations, ensuring quality control and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) guidelines are met.

  • Operating machinery with precision and speed

  • Organizing packing staff to ensure efficient production processes
  • FOLLOWING established recipes and methods
  • Mixing and blending ingredients to achieve optimal results
  • Scheduling and managing production timelines

  • Managing paperwork and ensuring traceability
  • Placing stock orders as required

Requirements include a background in manufacturing, ideally food and FMCG, technical and mechanical aptitude, pride in work, excellent verbal and written communication skills, quick learning attitude, problem-solving skills, ability to work as part of a team, attention to detail, and adherence to Food Safety policies and standards.
