Casual Educator

We are currently seeking a dedicated and supportive Early Childhood Professional to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who wants to make a positive impact in the lives of young children and their families.

About the Role:
  • This position involves working collaboratively with our experienced educators to develop and implement engaging educational programs that cater to the diverse needs of children.
  • You will be responsible for creating a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment that fosters children's social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development.
  • This role also involves building strong relationships with families and community members, providing high-quality care and education that meets the unique needs of each child.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. To contribute to the planning, implementation, and evaluation of educational programs that align with the National Quality Standards.
  2. To provide high-quality care and education to children, ensuring their safety, well-being, and developmental needs are met.
  3. To work collaboratively with colleagues to create a positive and respectful team culture.
  4. To maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with families and other stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • A degree or qualification in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
  • Experience working with young children and their families, preferably in an early childhood setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with families and colleagues.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach.
