Inspiring Early Childhood Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Early Childhood Director to lead our centre in Horsham. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional to shape the future of our service, focusing on quality early learning and care for children.
The ideal candidate will have a Diploma in Children's Services (or equivalent) and demonstrated knowledge of early childhood development and education. They will be able to build strong family and community partnerships, coach and mentor their team, and champion a vision for excellence in early learning.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead a team delivering high-quality early learning and care services
- Develop and implement a service philosophy that prioritizes sustainability, outdoor play, and creativity
- Mentor and coach staff to support reflective practice and children's learning
- Collaborate with families and community partners to create a centre where all children thrive
- Diploma in Children's Services (or equivalent)
- Knowledge of early childhood development and education
- Proven ability to build strong family and community partnerships
