Early Childhood Education and Care Director

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our early childhood education and care team. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, the ability to develop partnerships with families and the community, and a deep understanding of quality frameworks.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop relationships with families and the community through profiling and marketing the service.
- Ensure the provision of a high-quality educational program that meets the Early Years Learning and Development Frameworks and National Quality Framework.
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of quality frameworks and continuous quality improvement processes.
- Foster a collaborative and supportive work environment.
- A Diploma in Early Childhood Education as approved by the relevant authority.
- Demonstrated understanding of early childhood development and education.
- Experience working in a similar role or related field.
We value the safety and wellbeing of all children and require a satisfactory national police check and relevant Working with Children Check for this position. This role also requires discretion and confidentiality.
