Job Title: Production Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to lead our production team in ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products.

This role will involve overseeing the operation and maintenance of machinery and equipment, monitoring productivity and waste reduction initiatives, and collaborating with the maintenance team to troubleshoot issues.

The successful candidate will have previous experience in a manufacturing environment, with skills in setting up, adjusting, and troubleshooting processing equipment, as well as experience in quality checks to ensure products meet specifications.

  • Manufacturing Expertise: Proven track record of working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with multiple production lines.
  • Equipment Operation and Maintenance: Ability to set up, adjust, and troubleshoot processing equipment, including augers, conveyors, seed cleaning, and milling equipment.
  • Quality Control: Experience in conducting quality checks to ensure products meet specifications and regulatory requirements.
  • Safety First: Strong commitment to safety protocols and procedures, with a focus on minimizing workplace hazards and ensuring a safe work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to Quality, GMP, HACCP, Hygiene, and Food Safety practices, with a focus on maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
  • Productivity and Efficiency: Monitor and improve productivity and efficiency across all production lines, identifying opportunities for cost savings and waste reduction.
  • Troubleshooting and Problem-Solving: Collaborate with the maintenance team to diagnose and resolve equipment issues, with a focus on minimizing downtime and maintaining production schedules.
  • Training and Development: Provide training and guidance to production staff on new equipment, processes, and procedures, with a focus on continuous improvement and skill development.
