Unlock your full potential as a retail leader and take on the exciting challenge of Store Manager at our Chermside Brand House.

We are seeking an experienced professional who can deliver an exceptional in-store experience for athletes, set a standard of excellence for other Factory House teams, and drive sales growth.

The ideal candidate will be a skilled team manager, able to recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing store team. They will also provide world-class customer service, represent the brand with integrity, and maintain a deep understanding of our products.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about delivering results, has exceptional communication skills, and can work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Team Leadership: Recruit, manage, and mentor a high-performing store team.
  • Customer Service: Provide world-class customer service every day.
  • Brand Representation: Represent Under Armour and uphold our customer service philosophy with integrity.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain knowledge of fit, fabric, and function details of Under Armour Products.
  • Visual Merchandising: Work with our Visual Merchandising team to ensure the store represents the UA brand.
  • Sales Growth: Exceed sales targets and maximize opportunities.
Requirements:
  • Customer Service Skills: Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Retail Leadership Experience: Previous retail leadership experience.
  • Team Focus: Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Multitasking: Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and time management skills.
  • Availability: Flexibility to work late nights, weekends, and public holidays based on business needs.
