Our company is looking for a highly skilled and motivated Account Growth Manager to join our team.

This exciting opportunity will see you working closely with accounting and bookkeeping partners, helping them grow their online presence through Xero.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Categorising and prioritising new and existing partners to maximise growth potential.
  • Identifying sales opportunities and building a sales pipeline to drive revenue growth.
  • Prioritising your day to optimise calling time and meet activity targets.
  • Developing business plans to secure larger deals and working with partners to implement and manage them.
  • Running sales events and driving partner attendance to increase engagement.
  • Increasing penetration within the existing partner base to expand our reach.
  • Maintaining knowledge of Xero features and functionality to provide expert advice.
  • Meeting activity targets and increasing certified partners to demonstrate success.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Demonstrated direct experience in inbound phone and email sales with proven performance.
  • Shown interest in the emerging online accounting market.
  • Created strong rapport with partners over the phone.
  • Exercised attention to detail and follow-up.
  • Had a process-driven mindset and taken ownership.
  • Exhibited a go-getter mentality with initiative and self-motivation.
  • Demonstrated accounting product knowledge and understanding of an accounting practice.
  • Experience managing long-term client relationships.
