This role involves delivering high-quality, person-centred care in a supportive team environment.
The successful candidate will provide comprehensive psychological assessments, therapy planning, evidence-based interventions, and detailed clinical reporting.
Responsibilities also include designing behaviour support plans grounded in functional assessments, conducting risk assessments or implementing safety plans as needed.
Engagement with clients, families, and stakeholders is essential for ensuring smooth, coordinated support across the caseload.
Maintaining thorough, up-to-date client records supports continuity of care and informed decision-making.
Requirements:- Full AHPRA registration, with limited registration considered where applicable.
- A driver's licence and reliable transportation.
- WWCC, Police Check, NDIS Worker Check (or willingness to obtain).
- Previous NDIS experience is beneficial.
