Ecommerce Content Creation Specialist

As a skilled content creation specialist, you will be responsible for developing high-quality visual content that drives engagement and conversion for our e-commerce brand.

  • Style and direct all e-commerce, campaign, and social content (model, flat lay, ghost mannequin) to create visually appealing and commercially strong assets.
  • Take ownership of the styling and shoot process from prep and logistics through to execution and post-shoot feedback to ensure output meets brand and conversion standards.
  • Manage shoot logistics: product flow, styling prep, set coordination, shot lists, and timelines to maintain efficiency and organization in the studio environment.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in an e-commerce or fashion studio environment, preferably with shoot ownership.
  • Strong styling ability and confidence leading model and product shoots to deliver high-quality content.
  • Hands-on understanding of what makes e-commerce imagery convert, particularly for product detail pages.
  • Detail-focused across everything from styling consistency to lighting and file naming to maintain quality control.
  • Calm under pressure, comfortable managing deadlines, schedules, and shifting priorities to meet tight project timelines.
  • Collaborative mindset, working closely with content, digital, and marketing teams to align on content strategy and goals.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills to effectively manage external and internal stakeholders.

This is a fast-paced, high-volume e-commerce setup where content output directly impacts sales. You will be responsible for delivering a wide range of visual content, from product photography to campaign and social media shoots, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that every asset is on-brand, on-time, and optimized for performance.
