Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Psychologist to join our team at Australian Psychological Society Limited. As a Clinical Psychologist, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality mental health services to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Clinical Services: Provide counseling and therapy services to clients, including children and young people, in a clinic setting.
- Consultation and Intervention: Work with complex clients, including those with clinical, forensic, disability, and developmental needs.
- Clinical Supervision: Provide supervision to individuals and groups, ensuring they receive the support and guidance needed to excel in their roles.
- Training and Development: Facilitate specialized training and workshops, helping to develop the skills and knowledge of our team members.
- Assessment and Reporting: Conduct comprehensive assessments and write reports, providing valuable insights and recommendations to support client care.
- Innovation and Design: Design and deliver innovative experiences, helping to drive positive change and improvement in our services.
Requirements
- Registration: Hold registration as a Behaviour Support Practitioner with NDIS (National Disability Insurance Scheme).
- Experience: Have a minimum of 3 years of experience as a Clinical Psychologist.
- Autonomy and Collaboration: Work with high levels of autonomy, while also participating fully as a team member, engaging in group supervision, attending client-free days, contributing to peer consultation and support, and learning together in various professional development activities.
