We are in search of a qualified Clinical Psychologist and Lead Clinician to enhance our team, contributing to tailored assessment and intervention strategies for the adults we support. Role Overview
This position is situated within Care First - Pheasey, Walsall area. You will be part of a newly established clinical team that promotes multidisciplinary collaboration, including Speech and Language Therapy and Occupational Therapy. The clinical team is integrated into the service structure, fostering effective teamwork across educational services to optimize clinical outcomes for our clients.
Your work will align with the service's policies and procedures, engaging with existing multidisciplinary teams and Clinical Governance frameworks to support ongoing service development and ensure quality assurance.

In our commitment to excellence in client care, we seek a Clinical Psychologist and Lead Clinician who shares our vision of building remarkable futures.
Essential Qualifications:
- Doctoral level qualification in Psychology (clinical, counselling, forensic).
- Registered with the HCPC and BPS.
- Experience supervising Assistant Psychologists.
- Prior experience working with adults or children with intellectual disabilities.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.
- Competence in sensitive interactions and conflict resolution.
- Evidence of ongoing professional development relevant to the role.
- Significant post-qualification experience with adults and children.
- Experience in teaching or training.
- Proficiency in data management, including collection and analysis to inform service delivery and development.
