As a key member of our team, you will lead the implementation of a new payroll system, driving all phases from requirements gathering to go-live. Your expertise in system design and configuration will ensure compliance and operational efficiency.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing comprehensive payroll strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Configuring payroll settings, awards, classifications, loadings, allowances, and entitlements.
- Ensuring data integrity by identifying, cleansing, and mapping data across HRIS and payroll systems.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide updates on system adoption.
- Managing User Acceptance Testing, creating training documentation, and conducting sessions to ensure user confidence.
- Providing post-implementation support, troubleshooting, and system optimization to maintain performance and compliance.
- Proven experience in end-to-end payroll system implementation, including modules like payroll, onboarding, and workforce planning.
- Hands-on experience configuring awards, pay rules, and entitlements to meet compliance.
- Strong background in data integration between HRIS and payroll systems.
- Experience supporting payroll projects in multi-site, shift-based environments (health, hospitality, retail highly regarded).
- Effective collaboration with cross-functional teams on complex projects.
