Product Design Leader

We are seeking an accomplished Product Design Leader to drive design excellence across our Exchange division. This is a unique opportunity to guide the design strategy for products that power our global trading platform, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and directly influencing the user experience of millions.

The Opportunity:

As Product Design Leader, you will lead, mentor, and grow a team of product designers focused on the Exchange platform across mobile and web. You will collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure design quality and consistency across all touchpoints. Additionally, you will drive the end-to-end design process from research and ideation to execution and validation, creating and contributing to product designs that set direction and align with strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and grow a high-performing team of product designers focused on the Exchange platform.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver design solutions that meet technical feasibility and product timelines.
  • Drive user-centered design approaches by conducting and guiding user research, usability testing, and synthesizing feedback into actionable insights.
